• Freshdesk is awesome. Plenty of features, great design and UX. Love the achievements feature - keeps our team motivated. We've been using it for some time and it hasn't let us down once.

• Nice app, pretty close to Zendesk, affordable too. Compatible with our AD authentication. Lacks the ability to download database backups to store locally (our policy requires this). They only offer text export, no attachments or images included :(
