Been using this for a year. Couldn't be more happy - very easy to use, the support is stellar and I can't remember any downtimes. Highly recommended unless you need serious asset management - not their strongest side.
Nice app, lacks Twitter integration, but overall - an awesome helpdesk ticketing solution. Easy setup and not bloated and complicated like most helpdesk apps. 100% up time and super fast tech support from the founders!
