ServiceNow user reviews
The enterprise ITSM platform everything else gets compared to. Ticketing is only the start: CMDB, change/problem/incident, asset, HR and customer workflows, and a huge marketplace of apps.

I work at a hospital organization spread across multiple states, and waiting for ServiceNow pages to load has been frustrating for years. We have over 200,000 active devices and a lot of poorly maintained records, so our environment may be part of the problem. Whatever the cause, the long waits are a regular annoyance when I'm trying to get work done.

I'm a ServiceNow administrator, and there's a lot I like about it. We can take requests through email, a portal or a chatbot, and there are integrations for things like SCCM alongside asset management. It's a very capable platform, but it can be touchy to work with. I wouldn't want to administer it without training.

We've just rolled ServiceNow out across our North American region, with about 4,000 requesters and more than 40 fulfillers. I'm really happy with it so far. We invested heavily in an implementation partner and hired full-time developers to support the global rollout. We're moving from seven separate tools to one, which is a big improvement for us.

I've used ServiceNow at two jobs, and the difference was huge. At the first, we had dedicated admins continually refining a fully featured setup. At my current job, the deployment is so basic that it barely uses what the platform can do. The setup and attention it gets make a real difference.
